Air Filters must be changed yearly but if the condition is too dusty, replaced it when needed. Replacement of fuel filer varies for very car model, so it is important to consult the owner's manual. If you are replacing the air filter, make it a habit to change the PCV valve also. Likewise the distributor cap and rotor must be changed once every two years. Changing the timing belt is necessary so religiously replace it after 60,000 miles of travelling. If not, belt failure can cause serious damage to the engine.
