My Amazing Valentines Day Flowers
When I got my valentines day flowers from my husband I immediately fell into tears because it reminded me of when he proposed to me twenty years ago. It was exactly the same kind of bouquet he brought me during a 24 hour shift I had in the hospital. I was in the middle of operating on a woman with a bowel problem when suddenly the communications link activated and I heard my husband singing my funny valentine, then he shows up at the viewing area and hands me this beautiful arrangement of valentines day flowers with a diamond ring hanging in one of the long stem roses. He goes down on one knee and asks me to marry him in front of the entire surgical team. I was so shaken with emotion I began crying then of course I said yes. He is my best friend and the most loving guy!
